We all of our order from our US Facility. When purchasing from us, as soon as your order is ready you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number for your convenience.

CANADA, JAPAN, ISRAEL, NEW ZEALAND, MEXICO : orders up to $49.99, shipping is $29.99 $50.1 or above - $35.99 shipping fee
Please note, that we are not responsible for any additional custom fees / duty fees. Most of our products ship from the US, however the origin of the products is Hungary (EU).

NOTE: We do not have any authority over customs or postal security operations, so there is nothing we can do if they open the package and close it back in a haphazard manner. It is true in all cases of postal shipment but we feel it is important to emphasize: we do our best to ensure that you will receive your order in neat condition.
BROKEN OR OPENED ITEMS
In case your order arrived broken or the protective seal of the jars is tampered with, open or missing, PLEASE FILE A COMPLAINT at your post office AS SOON AS you can. They are responsible for the safe delivery of the package therefore you should address your claim for reimbursement to them. In case the postal office requires proof of purchase we shall send you (in electronic form) a replacement receipt.
Please know we are not responsible for shipping related issues if you did not supply a correct shipping address. Please include a first and last name on your shipping information. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a separate email with a tracking information. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, if delivery was confirmed by the post office and as per the tracking number status.
All products are manufactured in Hungary.
RETURNS Returns for On-line orders must take place within 30 days from the original shipment date in order to receive a credit back in the original form of payment. Products must be unopened, unused new condition. Returns received more than 30 days after date of shipment will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
If you have received the wrong products / quantities by any chance, please provide a picture of the shipment along with your order number within 30 days of receiving the product and we will correct any mistakes accordingly.
If we have attempted to deliver your package and you refused to receive it, (and you did not notify us via-email in advance) there will be 20% restocking fee and the shipping fee deducted from your original payment and we will issue you a credit.
The 20% restocking fee will also apply to other returns (if the condition of the products are sufficient: unopened, unused, in their original and complete packaging) after the return had been authorized via email.
All of our products are fresh and of the latest production batch coming straight from the Manufacturer in Hungary. Each product has a "best before" date, printed / stamped either on the bottom or the back of the boxes in the following format: yyyy-mm-dd.
